智通财经APP讯，亿纬锂能(300014.SZ)发布公告，近日，公司子公司湖北亿纬动力有限公司(简称“亿纬动力”)与Fluence Energy Global Production Operation,LLC(简称“Fluence”)基于前期友好合作基础，进一步确认拓展合作，本着诚信原则，就2027-2031年亿纬动力向Fluence生产和交付206GWh电池深化合作事宜签订了相关供应协议。双方就2027年的承诺交付量16GWh达成一致意见，2028-2031年预留容量合计为190GWh。该协议的履行将对公司未来发展带来积极影响。
