格隆汇9月18日丨地铁设计(003013.SZ)公布，公司董事会于近日收到公司总工程师农兴中先生提交的书面辞职报告。农兴中先生因工作调动原因申请辞去公司总工程师的职务，原任期自第三届董事会第四次会议审议通过之日(2025年2月9日)起至第三届董事会任期届满之日(2027年10月29日)止，辞职后将不在公司及其控股子公司担任任何职务。
