Stonegate是英国规模最大的酒吧运营商，旗下拥有Slug and Lettuce与Be At One等品牌，在英国运营约4300家酒吧。
此前，Stonegate在评估出售最多1000处永久业权物业的选项，对应估值约10亿英镑，以缓解债务压力。
Stonegate债务规模达38亿英镑。7月15日，英国酒吧法规监管机构已就Stonegate对酒吧租户的待遇问题对其展开调查。
