董事会近期接获本公司股东Partners Group Gourmet House Limited(Partners Gourmet)通知，Partners Gourmet已于日前通过场外交易方式出售其持有的全部本公司股份(本次出售)。本次出售完成后，Partners Gourmet不再持有任何本公司股份。
