近日，山东海辰储能长时储能一体化产业园（山东菏泽基地）将迎来量产后的首次国际出口——首批106台搭载全球首款∞Cell 1175Ah长时储能专用电池的∞Power 6.25MWh 4h长时储能系统预制舱，从菏泽基地发运，将经青岛港启航，发往以色列。这是山东菏泽基地自2026年8月量产下线以来首批大规模出口，标志着山东菏泽基地正式打通海外出货通道，迈入规模化国际交付的新阶段。

此次出口的106台储能预制舱搭载全球首款1175Ah千安时长时储能专用电池，在20英尺标准集装箱内实现6.25MWh单柜容量，可灵活适配4至8小时的长时储能应用场景，覆盖可再生能源并网消纳、电网调峰调频及工商业峰谷套利等多重需求。该首批系统产品将用于以色列长时储能项目；抵达当地后，将通过当地物流体系分拨至项目现场，进一步服务当地清洁能源转型与可再生能源消纳。

Recently, the Shandong HiTHIUM Long-Duration Energy Storage Integrated Industrial Park (Shandong Heze Base) marked its first international export since commencing mass production. The initial shipment—comprising 106 units of the ∞Power 6.25MWh 4-hour long-duration energy storage system prefabricated containers—departed from the Heze Base. These units will ship from Qingdao Port to Israel.
Shandong HiTHIUM Exports First Batch of Long-Duration Energy Storage Systems
This shipment represents the first large-scale export from the Shandong Heze Base since mass production began in August 2026, signaling the official opening of overseas shipping channels and the start of a new phase of large-scale international delivery.
The 106 exported energy storage units feature the world’s first 1175Ah battery cells specifically designed for long-duration energy storage. Each unit packs a capacity of 6.25MWh into a standard 20-foot container and is flexibly adaptable to 4-to-8-hour long-duration storage scenarios. The systems will be deployed in a long-duration storage project in Israel. Upon arrival, they will be distributed to project sites via local logistics networks to support the region’s clean energy transition and renewable energy absorption.
The Shandong HiTHIUM Heze Base is the world’s first integrated industrial park dedicated to long-duration energy storage, with a planned annual production capacity of 30GWh of long-duration energy storage cells and 20GWh of integrated long-duration energy storage systems. This initial export not only serves as a practical test of the Heze base’s mass production capabilities for overseas markets, but also marks the further realization of its integrated intelligent manufacturing and large-scale delivery capabilities.
From manufacturing in Heze and shipping via Qingdao Port to reaching overseas project sites, the successful shipment of this first batch of 106 prefabricated long-duration energy storage system units has fully connected the end-to-end chain—spanning manufacturing, delivery, and overseas application—for HiTHIUM’s integrated long-duration energy storage products.
As a key manufacturing hub in HiTHIUM’s global strategy, the Heze base will leverage this export milestone to further refine the company’s global industrial layout and delivery systems. By capitalizing on its advanced integrated intelligent manufacturing and large-scale delivery capabilities, the base aims to provide global customers with safer, more efficient, and cost-effective integrated long-duration energy storage solutions, thereby contributing to the global green energy transition.
