At the 2026 Global Mayors Dialogue in Luoyang, Ugandan Ambassador to China Oliver Wonekha pointed to the many opportunities for cooperation with China.
She praised China's efforts to preserve its heritage and use it for development. She also discussed how cooperation could help Ugandan farmers obtain affordable machinery, making their work smarter and more efficient.
